Patty is the second person from the committee to die this month.  She recently started coming to the meetings right before we had to suspend them. She was really enjoying the meetings and was anxious to see her classmates again. She was concerned that we did not have a copy of her graduation picture, she said it was not in the yearbook.  She sent me a copy of her picture and I have it, she wanted me to upload it so she could wear it to our next reunion.  RIP Patty, you will be missed.

Patty was a majorette with the Band. We used to talk about our time there and I tried to talk her into coming to our next Band Reunion Day, which was to be held in 2020. She had a love of carfs and Elvis, and woiuld always comment on Facebook whenever I sent a video of him.

She is with God now and we will all meet again.

I was so very sorry to hear about the death of Patty!!!!  It was great having her come to the reunion lunches and see her enjoy herself!  I would like to know if she died of covid19.

She always had a beautiful smile and was so willing to help.

You will be missed Patty, but you are also blessed because you've seen the face of God.  I know you are enjoyng Paradise. I'll see you once again!!!

I was saddened to hear of Patty's passing.  We would play pinochle during our high school years and she was a very adept card player.  She always had a friendly smile and was a very sincere person.  In the past couple of years I would hear from her occasionally on facebook.  Again always upbeat and cheery.  AHS class of 1960 has many angels .guiding the rest of us through the remaining years.  Patty may you rest in peace.

Patti and Barbra were friends most all of Barb's life. Patti and I became friends in High School. Over the years we remained friends. Whenever I went to Altoona I always stopped to visit with her and John and then with her. We communicated via email or sometimes via a phone call. When we went to the class reunions we always made it a point to sit together. We often spoke of her coming to Florida to visit with me and Angela but it never materialized. I'll never forget the time we went to a friends house, after a night out, and Patti took a header off the second floor rail. We were all scared that she might have broken her neck or seriously injured herself. She got up looked up at all of us and said "I'm ok". That was the Patti we all knew and loved. She was a good friend and a confidante to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and long remebered by all who knew her.
